Jesus Quintanta/Bernie Bernbaum/Barton Fink himself, John Turturro, has, as I’m sure you’re aware by now, directed his third movie, Romance & Cigarettes which is executive produced by the Coen brothers. You can read an interview he did at the NFT in London at the link on the right. There are a few mentions of the Coen brothers, such as the fact that it was their idea for Turturro to cast James Gandolfini in the movie..
You know how sometimes you’re sent a link which leads to another link, then another and another? Well, I happened across the website of photographer, Kevin Westenberg in this manner. Imagine my surprise then when I found that he had photographed the Coen brothers. Almost in celebration of the nice new web space and domain name, I have finally gotten around to updating The Big Lebowski’s multimedia page! It’s a truly massive update containing over 350 high quality images mainly taken directly from the DVD. I hope you all enjoy it because it represents hours of work on my part.
